On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small beige head. The aroma is pine and roast. Medium body, cocoa, raisin, roast, bitter finish, good.

Keg at the brewery. Pours deep brown with a creamy, light tan head. Toasted grains in the nose with hints of cocoa, burnt pine, earth. Medium sweet flavour with some hitter chocolate, dried berries, bitter scorched earth. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes of burnt pine, more earthy bitterness, baking cocoa, orange rind. Nice CDA.
