Mysticum Cosmic Ale is a slightly hazy golden blond beer with a firm white head. It is a top-fermented beer, pleasantly fresh and well-balanced. The selection of malts, herbs and Belgian hops give the beer a touch of apricot.

Hazy golden color with an ok white head. Ok lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Malty, fruity, mild yeast, some spices and mild citric flavor. Decent easy drinkable beer.

Flaske 330ml fra lokal Rema 1000. Gusjegul. Veldig uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Krydderaroma. Smaken ødelagt av for mye kullsyre. Aner litt krydder & søt mat. Lett søtlig tørr ettersmak.

330 ml bottle, from Rema 1000 Tau. ABV is 4.7%. Very pale straw colour, hazy when the yeast is poured in. Moderate white head. Aroma of Belgian ale yeast and yellow fruits, including citrus. Fizzy and citric mouthfeel. Citrussy and spicy flavour.

Bottled 330ml (from Kirkenes)
Murky yellow colour, small white head. Herbal and overriped mango, banana aroma. Medium-bodied. Smoothie-like. Fruity mango, banana, papaya smoothie. Odd. Quite far from industrial black metal.

Gulbrun tåkete med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter sitron, lime, hvete og belgisk gjær. Middels minus i fylde. Smaker syrlig sitrus, eple, hvete, noe honning. Kort.

24.11.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, old leafs, yeast, minerals, orange peel, alcohol, hay, flowers, light malts, fruit stones. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, yeast, hay, minerals, grass, alcohol, fruit stones, bark, paper, leafs, light malts, harsh citrus peel. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh boozy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee...

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a small, disappearing white head. Quite nice aroma with distinct Belgium yeast some malt and hint of fruit in general. Flavor is a bit more ordinary than aroma, sweet malt, some fruit, particular peaches and low bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. A bit unusually and feels quite pleasant without offering anything extra really.

Golden colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have strange wallpaper paste. Some kind of strange a spice . Awful.
