Hazy orange -gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has a good fine crispness. Fluffy soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Nice orange and tangerine hop kick. Minerals. Light but obvious coconut blends in well. Just a trace of pineapple. Mild pine and hop spice before the light finish. Pineapple is more obvious in the aftertaste. Thought this one might be a gimmicky mess but it’s nicely executed and very drinkable.

22 oz bottle poured. Unique beer. I don’t really care for all the flavors in this one, but at an affordable price, it was a fun try. Pretty good flavor, but a bit too much. A little more subtle, I probably would have enjoyed it a little more, but that’s just me. Hop heavy aroma, with a fruity side note. Flavor is a ton of coconut. Puna coloda like. Pretty good IPA with a lighter, juicy feel. Fun try.

Hazy golden and bright orange coloured body with an off-white head, about four centimetres tall. Aroma of huge coconut and bigger pineapple scents with tons of hops, a good deal of malt, alcohol and metal throughout - super pungent and very fruity. Medium to Full-bodied; Very biting and strong pineapple and coconut flavours with a lot of bitterness and more pungency from the alcohol and metal flavours that hit the hardest. Aftertaste shows a nice round flavour of malt, sweetness, hops, alcohol, bitterness and pure fruit. Overall, a beer that takes time to grow on you. After the first sip, I thought this was awful, and after about half the bottle, I realized that it wasn’t so bad, and now by the end, i’m thinking its pretty good, but perhaps that has to do with booking parts of a trip to Hawaii in two days. That said, not a bad beer, considering that I lugged this 65 cL bottle back from Hawaii a few months ago. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased Foodland Farms in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii on 31-December-2015 for US$6,98 sampled at home in Washington on literally the other end of the country on 06-August-2016 a day before leaving back for Hawaii!

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear light gold with a yellow hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of coconut and sweet citrus with some wet grass and a bit of sweet grain backing. Flavor has a combination of earthy citrus and coconut with some sweet grain supporting.

Bomber from Total Wine in Huntington Beach. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is mild pineapple. Med body. Flavor is pineapple, lots of bitter hop, and then a rush of coconut. Weird, but quite palatable.

Picked up a 22oz bottle when out in San Diego. Poured a mostly clear, light hazy golden orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light pineapple, some coconut, light sweet malt notes. Flavor was light pineapple, some light hop notes. Feels a heck of a lot more boozy than it says it is. Pretty tasty.

22oz bomber pours with a slightly hazy deep gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up loads of juicy pineapple with thin layers of tangelo and grapefruit citrus hops in the background. The taste is similar as straight up pineapple juice puts a stranglehold on your palate. Well behind that lurk quiet murmurs of hop flavors such as of tangelo and clementine citrus. If you’re in the mood for juicy pineapple then this is it. Pretty solid.
