(500ml bottle from Bottlecraft Little Italy, SD) Pours a hazy pale straw gold with a rapidly dissipating white head that leaves no trace. Aroma of wheat crackers, tart peach flesh, skin, lemon custard lacto, oaked white wine, sulphurous funk, lightly grassy. Flavour is very tart, zippy and quite lemony overall, some peach with a sour candy vibe, wheat cracker, light dry earth and sulphur funk notes, light drying oak notes give a hint of white wine character, finish has some slight vanilla, herbal hops, lingering lemon tartness. Light body, sparkling carbonation, crisp overall. Not exceptionally complex, but reasonably so for a Berliner. Maybe a bit more fruit in the flavour would be nice.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma/flavor is strong wheat, peach flesh, lacto. Thin, light tartness, crisp, very good.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly citrusy with quite a bit of lemon. Some light yogurt notes and hints of wheat and grain. Medium light peach notes with a light tannic character. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a medium sized, thin, white head that recedes very quickly to the edges and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic, but not too sharp. Light sweetness with hints of wheat and grain. Bright citrus notes with lots of lemon and hints of yogurt. Medium to medium light peach notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high to high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice berliner. I wish it had a bit more peach, but otherwise its very nice. Acidity is a bit sharp, but not as bad as some beers out there these days.
