Double dry-hopped double India pale ale brewed with honey, pineapple juice and habanero peppers brewed in collaboration with Toppling Goliath
Don't change the channel! This is not a test! We've collaborated with fellow hop heads at Toppling Goliath brewery in Iowa, to bring you this devastatingly juicy brew with a subtle habanero kick. If you thought TG and PW brews were hoppy before... the amount of hops we put into our fermenters was monstrous!

Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong cloudy orange gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is dank and tropical fruit. Medium body, juicy, melon, mango, grapefruit, light bitterness, dank, very nice.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, consumed at home whilst cooking curries, I’m making up a Prawn and Mushroom Loz is cooking Howrah Express Cinnamon Lamb Curry from Made in India cookbook, Friday 3rd March 2017 Pours hazy muddy gold with a white sticky head. It’s a bit confused, the heat from the habeneros is fine, but the bitterness is a bit messy, it’s a bit rough, font even know what fruitiness I’m picking up. It’s rare that I say this however it could benefit from little more sweetness. Not doing it for either of us, ok maybe I am being a bit harsh it’s not a 3.0 it’s a 3.2 A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

65 cl bottle @ lusikka
Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has tropical fruits, fruit juice, some minerals and bush leaves. Finishes dry. A bit thin palate for a 9% beer. Nice, the honey or peppers are hardly noticeable though.

650ml bottle from Beergium. Pours orange with a foamy head. Aroma of herbal hops, pineapple, hints of spices, fruits, pine and grass. Taste is caramely malty, sweetish and hoppy with some hints of citrus, honey, fruits, peppers, pineapple and resin. Finish is hoppy, herbal and citrusy with some pineapple, pine, grass, resin, hints of warming peppers and juicy fruitiness. A pretty good DIPA with a twist.

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry and has reasonable carbonation. Light malts, modest creamy sweetness. Light pineapple and medium hop bitterness. Guava led tropical fruits. The bitterness becomes slightly tangy. The chilli is almost not there, which is great. Just a little reminder of some mild heat and earth on the finish. A little off the beaten track but with typical Pipeworks drinkability. Nice one.

(650ml bottle from boxbeers.dk, undated) Pours hazy amber with a moderate but persistent head of fine off white foam with lace. Aroma of heavy pineapple juice, bright honey sweetness, tropical fruit mix behind, some light to moderate peppery spice, a bit "green". Flavour isn’t as juicy as the nose, moderate to high honey sweetness, a touch floral, light pineapple tones, pepper flavour is pretty prominent but the heat is light, even in the finish. Fairly low bitterness, a bit astringent and soapy in the finish with persistent pepper flavour. Medium mouthfeel with rather average carbonation. The habanero certainly doesn’t turn it into the spice bomb I feared, but the fruity nose seems to be dulled by the ’greenness’ of the pepper on the tongue. Interesting but a little disappointing to me.
