Wonderful aroma here. It's been a while since I enjoyed a hazy DIPA so much. Pineapple and tangerine, peel and all. Pours hazy yellow with good frothy head. Some hop tang, grapefruit rind in the finish, a little herbal bitterness. Medium body. Can.

From a can. Pours a cloudy golden straw. Aromas of melon and tangerines. Flavors are moderately bitter mixed citrus. Nice

Canned 5/5/17, drunk 5/18/17. Moderately hazy, blonde-golden, brass-tinted body is topped by a large amount of well-retained, white head. The nose strikes me with two immediate things: juicy, bright, green, vegetal hops that display pineapple, light mango, leafy, green, dank character and light lime and orange and the other being an odd, rather saccharine-like, powdered sugar character. Very unusual and nothing I’ve noticed in any SF beer before. Biscuit, cracker, and very fruity hops, lots of ester and no booze or resin.... Extremely soft, malty and well-attenuated in the mouth with tight carbonation and tons of fresh, juicy, boisterous hops. Lush, green and spicy without any aggressivity or resin. Ruby red grapefruit, mango, guava, papaya; very complex and enjoyable...But for that powdered sugar character. Damn. I assume this is something that must have developed in the canning of this batch, as I know Stoneface doesn’t have this problem in their bottles and draught. A pity. Draught at Tip Tap Room, 3/31/22 Fully hazy/turbid, bronze-brass-orange juice with a small, but dense, white head. Luscious juiciness and a healthy dose of pine-like character that isn't too resinous. No scallion is a nice touch. It's not estery on the yeast profile (no bubble gum) and the malts aren't flabby or overly sugary (mostly just cracker and light biscuit here). No alcohol or flaw. In the mouth it's fresh, brightly hopped with a great mix of citrus juiciness and pine/dank spice that balances very nicely leaving a distinctly soft NEIPA texture that nonetheless adds higher-than-average bitterness via the piney Mosaic. The freshness of the beer adds a bit of astringent pith from the heavy hop rate, and for a minute, I was a bit put off by the extremely astringent bitterness, but it keeps the beer honest and as the beer warms becomes less noticeable. Can definitely appreciate making a beer that is both soft and juicy, yet dry and bitter. Really appealing to everyone and its scores show.

Can thanks to Trevor. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong tropical fruit and dank. Medium body, juicy, papaya, mango, pineapple, light bitterness, crushable, enjoyed this.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Soapy white head with medium retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Weed and scallion aromas. Sweet mango and passionfruit upfront turning to resin before the lasting pith finish.

1 liter growler shared by Chalumeaux, thank you much!! Aroma is just amazing! Huge citrus, bold tropical fruit, light grass. Flavor is bold; mango, grapefruit, and light bread. Good soft carbonation with a soft mouthfeel. Very mild lingering grass.

This overall displays an amazing juicy texture. This is exceptional.
