750 ml bottle (on site consumption) at the Mouse Trap, Chicago. It poured a lightly cloudy straw gold. The aroma is exactly like a strawberry Short Cake. Dough, strawberries, and the lightest yeast. The flavor is really something else, the dough/ bread character is balanced by tart and sweet strawberry. The tartness is just enough with a very low acid bite. I think it is the most unique Berliner I have ever sampled. Awesome in my humble opinion.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strawberry seed, dough, wheat. Thin body, tart strawberry, light acidity, very good.

75 cl bottle at Spuyten Duyvel. Pours hazy yellow wirh a small white head. Aroma is wineous and fruity. Wooden and strawberry fruity. Sweet, fruity and slight citric. Sweet berry fruity into the finish.
