Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Harvest year 2016, bottled 10/16. Pours mostly clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, pure white head. Great farmhouse funk character, some tart peach, lemony acidity, mellow pale wood dryness, a little grass, orange. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart and quenching in the finish, lightly dry, more fairly juicy citrus, peach, cleansing acidity. Outstanding.

Bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is oak, yeast, peach flesh, floral. Thin body, tart peach, lemon zest, wheat, oak, light acidity, enjoyed this.
