Thnx to Ubrain for the sampler ! Pours black, small brown head. Smell is bit sweet, with an intense roast. Some barrel, mild bitterness. Taste is super -intense ( hey, what did you expect ? ) dark malts, cognac, oak, fuckin’ great MF and carbo. Bit bitter, mild bozzy ending. This would be a fun one to see a release of, as most struise beers nowaday’s don’t get bottled. I’d like to have a few for the cellar of this one !
