Can. Hazy yellow light orange color with white head. Aroma of cucumber, dill, lime. Taste is clearly cucumberish, with some dill, lime, but also malt in background and moderate salt. Good, refreshing, ideally with some meal.

Pale yellow color with thin foam. Cucumber aroma with a hint of citrus. Flavor is sour acid with cucumber and tart lime bitterness. A little sweetness underneath. Salty and zesty finish.

Shut up. It’s the most delicious gose I’ve ever had, and probably top ten of beer I’ve ever drank. Shut up.

Not digging cucumber as an addition to my beer. Earthy and vegetal notes mix with tart lime and kettle sour citric tartness. I’m sure some people find this refreshing. I don’t.

Can. Pours hazy pale gold with an off-white head. Cucumber, lime, salt, vegetal notes. Not great.

On tap at Urban South, pours a clear pale golden with almost no head. Aroma reveals plenty of cucumber skins, perfumey floral notes, lime, and some salt. Flavour is not proper gose-like, with cucumber skins, sweet like, and salt. Not right at all.

From a can. Pours a clear gold with a small off white head. Aroma is cucumber. Flavor is tart lime and briny dill pickles.
