Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malts, dry herbs. Bitter flavour, straw, malts, hop, zest and marmelade. Relativly high carbonation. Lingering finish, bitter, hops, white pepper. Decent tripel, missed the honey though.

Very drinkable. The honey seems to temper down the floral yeast and coriander and leaves a tiny hint of bitterness. Pours clear golden without much head or lacing. Some booze and a touch of root. Tap at monks cafe.

Small off-white head over hazy yellow beer. Another one plagued by oxydation. Sweet - but not honey. Graincookies. Sweet taste, again no honey. Grainy, pale malts sweetness. Medium bodied, gristslick, medium carbonation. It might make a good session ale, with just a less little sweetness, thanks to a lot less alcohol.

330 ml bottle. Hazy yellow gold color. Small thick mousse-like white head. Yeasty lemon grainy nose. Dryish soft malt palate. Bready malt balanced by citrusy hops. You can taste the complexity the honey imparts. Lovely bittersweet citrus fruit comes through in the finish. Pleasant dry finish. Outstanding.

25/V/14 - 33cl bottle from ZBF 2014 (Leuven) @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: 20/III/14 (2014-559)
Clear pale orange to golden beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive., leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very metallic, some banana, bit soapy, floral, citrus, bit sugary. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter touch, sugary, pretty spicy, I'm thinking of cloves and liquorish here, bit metallic, some orange peel. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, metallic, hint of honey, but barely detectable, so that was a bit of a disappointment.
