From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and fruity, toasted malty. Toasted malty, yeasty and light peachy to grapefruity. Bitter, dry and slight mellow finish.

Thick beige head, with a greyish sheen, slowly collapsing over fully hazy amber beer. Malty nose with quite some fruity aromas; some faint hops and a tad milky - yoghurtlike. Light sourish flavour - yoghurt again? - surrounding ambrée malts. Seems to have been some oxydation.going on. Sweetness - relieved by a lot of CO² too - seems to hail from maple- or agavesyrup, rather than from sugar. There is some fruitiness, especially retronasal, which is strangely raspberry-like. Amber/lightly coloured malts in abundance. Very spritzy feel, medium bodied. Sweetish-sourish aftertaste, medium long. Yeah - not bad, but the acidity worries me a bit for keeping. I wonder what the client had in mind, if he’s unsatisfied with this.
