330 ml can into pint glass, canned on 3/27/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. A bit too fruity/yeasty/spicy aromas. Nice aromas with good complexity and solid balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal/floral/grassy hop bitterness and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Well balanced classic Wit yeast complexity, spices, and pale/wheat malts; with mild earthy hops. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can from Boise Co-op. Poured into a St. Feuillien trappist glass, looks gorgeous, hazy golden with thick creamy, fizzy head. I get so turned off by poor witbiers, that I underappreciate the style. This one makes me see what I'm missing. Soft, gentle grainy aroma, touch of Belgian yeast. Taste is lemony, yeasty, bready, super delicious and easy on the palate. Superb.

On tap at Easy Beer, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light floral notes, earthy Belgian yeast and a touch of coriander. Flavour is fairly vegetal, with light coriander, vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Soft, floral and rather vegetal. Meh.

Pours clear yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; little lacing. The aroma contains coriander, clove, wheat, yellow apple, lemon. It tastes light to medium wheaty sour, bit citrussy, and light hoppy/grassy bitter. Dry, grassy, wheaty finish. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Somewhat cliché.

Draught @ Albion. Cloudy pale yellow with creamy white head, hay aroma, high carbonation, sweetish doughy taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Refreshing, easy to drink.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Bready and malty, notes of citrus. Bit spicy, coriander? Not the best witbier.

Draft - Perfumy wheat notes. Cloudy yellow with a rich white head. Pedrumy, wheat and a light finish. Decent.
