Bottle from Dranken Geers. Weird. I had this down as a wheat beer in the Belgian Wit style. Hazy, very limpid gold. Lasting white head. Suitably lemony, soapy and cerealy. Standard Belgian wit. Fruit is better than most.

Bottle, 5.4%. Citric grapefruity aroma. Quite sweet flavour, sugary. Also with some refreshing hops, but not enough. Aspartam aftertaste.

25 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours clear and pale yellow with a dense white head. Light yeasty and light fruity, coriander spiced. Flavour is smooth yeasty and light malty sweet. Ends with a nice fruity citrus fruity note. Nice.

(Bottle 25 cl) Golden and hazy - almost Witbier-appearance - white, collapsing head. Yeasty acidity - I’m sure there’s some wheat in here. But no real frutiness before the bitter finish. Unusual. 201197

Very pale golden; huge snow-white head fed by good carbonation. Faint lemony, lactic acid, bit peppery-spicey aroma. Again soft sourish, wheaty touch, citrus/lemony again. Touch of grains of Paradise? Gets sweeter retronasal, but the acidity keeps until in the aftertaste. Rather light bodied, certain slickness, again not un-wheaty. It’s not supposed to be a witbier, but it has markedly wheaty notes. I actually wish more witbier resembled this.

An orange beer with a white disappearing head. The aroma is spicy with notes of caramel - if I didn’t know better, my guess would be, that this was a Dutch beer. The flavor is malty and spicy.
