Pours hazed yellow, small white head. Scent is citrus, tart saison. Fairly typical, but in a nice way. Taste is tart, saison spicyness, dry, fairly intense tartness (for the style) . Bit oak. Well made, not overly specific saison.

Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Blond colour, slightly hazy. Complex aroma, mixing citrus peel, funky yeast, flowers, a bit of piney feeling. Dry, highly carbonated, and moderately sour; it has waves of funky yeast, grapefruit, white grapes, and some astringency in the finish, without being too dry by then.
Excellent.

750ml (picked up from the brewery before COVID-19) @ Ryan's. The only waxed Floodland I've seen so far. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, nice farmhouse notes, barrel, minerals, a bit similar to some lambics. Taste: along the same lines, lots of barrel with some creamy notes from the oak, nice funk and minerals. Overall: nice one.

Pale and hazy. Thin head. Lots of brett on the nose, plus honeyish and slight fruitiness. On the palate, it's got a delicate floral, honey note. The brett is lighter on the palate, but the tannins are more pronounced. Drinks very well. Refined even by Floodland standards.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, honey, yeast, oak. Slick body, yeast, oak, lemon zest, light dry finish, very nice.
