Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is barrel funk, peach, mild white wine. Taste is white wine funk, peach, apricots, quite flavourful. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Very good!

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is funk, oak, brett, lemon zest. Slick body, funk, citrus, light oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is nice with classic SARA notes of lemon, pineapple, green grape and lighter peppery phenolic notes. Medium light oak with hints of under ripe apricots and nectarines. Light herbal funk as well. Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers for a bit then disappears. Faint lacing and legs. Flavor has a medium to medium light sweetness and a light acidity with hints of rye, oats and pale malt. Light bitterness and a hint of alcohol spice. Medium light lemon and pineapple notes with a bit stronger green grape and oak note. Lighter pepper and herbal phenolics. Light mustiness and some stone fruit tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice saison. Really nice SARA funk and barrel character with a rather light acidity. A little bit of flavor from the base malt shines through as well.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, buggy, oak, hint of spicy rye, lemon, floral notes. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel. Refined.
