The nose shows moderately intense notes of lemon, green apple and light melon with notes of steel tank.

The palate is well carbonated and light to medium bodied. Moderately tart with balanced vinous flavors of lemon and green apple with a racing acidity. Very nice.

Pale and hazy. Not much head. Aroma is unexpected…some nail polish phenols that blend into brett and floral hops…palate has a fair bit of tartness

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is grape skin, funk, oak. Thin body, tart grape, oak, vinous, light dry finish, enjoyed this.
