Bottle split at DS, thanks to the Wingmane, 29/09/22. Raspberry red with a crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry fruits, cherry skins, funk, damp hay, grape must. Taste comprises sharp red berries, damson, grape must, vinous, balanced acidic tickle, funk, barnyard, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering climax. Solid.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Dave. Pours mostly clear ruby-purple with a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet, soft acidity, lightly tart berries, grapes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more tart berries, red wine, slight minerality. Excellent.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 29/09/2022. Thanks to Wingman for this one. A clear cherry red coloured pour with a halo of pink head. Aroma is dry tart cherry, smoked cherry, salty, prickly berries, blackberry, dry tangy sour. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, cherry cough syrup, mellow sour, layered red berries, cherry, vanilla, prickly sour. Palate is semi sweet, sour, prickly carbonation, well rounded.

Bottle. Pours purple with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong grape skin, funk, oak. Slick body, jammy, funky, sweet grape, vinous, light acidity, enjoyed this.

750ml bottle thanks to toby pours out amber pink topped with a small ring of a head. Nose is great sweet grapes funky barrel oak wow. Taste is more of the nice sweet grapes funky oak barrel.

Taste from a 11/15/18 bottle, at Hops & Pie. Pours a murky, purple color, with a small, off-white head. Lots of bottle dredges floating about. The aroma is vanilla, thick tannins, leather, honeysuckle, and pine. Drying and quite tart. Medium body, with a thick, acidic palate. This is a lovely, vineous, and tasty sour.
