4 oz. draft. Pink color, normal Co2. Yep, both adjuncts are here. Guava and mild pear. Lightly tart finish. Refreshing qualities.

Can thanks to JMFP. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head. The aroma is strong guava and wheat. Thin body, guava, prickly pear, watermelon, very nice.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy to milky pink color with a thin quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma starts off with a superb blend of the pink guava to the prickly pear, both full and sweet fully encompassing both the sour, the tart and the sweet. Sly lemon rind and some ruby red grapefruit pulp bends some sweetness and a tartness in it as well.
The flavor combines fantastically the sourness of the ruby red grapefruit to it’s sweetness. Pink Guava and prickly pear continue to shape the dry fruity sweetness flowing over the entire prickly wounds of my tastebuds. Yes, but I really like the crisp sharp bitterness over my tongue. This palatable beer allows a nice flow unbeknownst to most sour/wild ales allowing a legendary smoothness rolling all about my tongue.
Overall, holy shit, just holy shit and a half, I think this is probably the best sour/wild ale I ever had. And let this be a lesson to all of you sour brewers, let the fruit do the talking and maybe you’ll be able to compete.
