0.75l bottle, 2019, Nusle tasting. Lightly hazy golden body, white head gone soob Beautiful aroma - big apricots, minty, honeyish, wow! Apricot and mint and tea continue on in the dry sour taste, bit too low pH-wise, but so tasty!

Bottle @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Semi clear pale golden color with a persistent though small white foam. Nose: terrific, thyme, elder flowers, honey, yellow fruit jam. A bit of canditi. Mouth: quite, citric, sour, spices, grapefruit, lime.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is floral and citrus. Thin body, citrus, nice tartness, light acidity, very good.

A bottle share: pours pale with white head. Super funky basement etc aroma. Pleasant wild but not too sour taste. Very drinkable with a subtle aftertaste.
