Blonde by La Binchoise, infused with calvados. Egg-white, cobweb-lacing, moussy and frothy head, misty pale straw blonde robe. Aroma of withering grass, jute bags, mugwort, white bread dough, clove, melon, wet flour, old dried lemon peel and a touch of apple but hardly calvados. Crisp onset, lively and minerally carbonation, fruity notes of halfripe banana, pineapple and green pear, sweetish but not overly so; supple, slick white-bready and grainy pale maltiness, ending with a grassy and somewhat zesty hoppiness, bitter but never harshly so, providing aspects of lemonbalm and field flowers against some phenolic spiciness. Again, the calvados that is supposed to be in here, remains all but unnoticeable - one can wonder what the point of it is, other than trying to be 'different' on an overcrowded market. A weedy, slender, somewhat messy blonde, that is what this basically is.

Clear reddish colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of jammy red fruit sweetness. The addition of Calvados seems to have been a waste.

20/09/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with jerre. Cloudy orange, huge foamy white head, nose is red fruit syrup, jam. Taste is sweet, red fruits, strawberry. Strange.

F: big, off-white, good retention. C: amber, hazy. A: black currants, bit lemon, bit apples, sugary. T: black currants, fruity, candy, raspberries, sugary, all this strange mixed together, not very drinkable but for tick ok, medium body, high carbonation, more like fruity beer not Belgian ale, 33cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

Clear orange to pinkish beer, creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. aroma :lots of apple juice, very sweet, sugary, raspberries as well. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, raspberries, some apple juice, sugary. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, very sweet and sugary, more raspberry jam. Very weird, all these raspberry flavours and aromas...

Anaranjada turbia, homogénea, bonito color. No mucha espuma. Aroma rico, frambuesa muy marcado. Ligera y bien de gas. Frutal, mínimamente ácida. Dulce. Algo empalagosa, pero curiosa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a supermarket in Normandy. Pours a fairly clear orangey almost golden, topped with big and lasting white head. Aroma is pleasantly fruity, straighton black currant. Taste is sweet and fruity, apple liquer like. A bit citric in the finish. A bit weird but nice.

Pours clear blonde, nearly no , White head. Smell is Aplles, sweet, different than you’d think and not quite bad . very high carbo . Slightly dry , very sweet ( candy-like ) apples . Not terrible . Bit refreshing . Too bad for the sweet aftertaste ( artificial sugar ) .
