15/XI/22 - 33cl bottle @ Bier Central (Gent), BB: 30/IX/23, 122057 12:36, brewed at Het Anker (2022-1615)
Clear blond yellow beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: floral, soapy, a little fruity, malty, grains, cow fodder, yeasty, banana, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice and fruity start, citrus notes, refreshing, good bitterness, yeasty. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, dry, some citrus, a little soapy, floral touch, juicy, nice and decent, did not disappoint, sweet finish, some peach flavoured candy.

Bottle, 4.9%. Caramelly hop aroma with citric and fruity notes. Hazy and sparkling golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is yeasty with a bready note and medium high bitterness. Also fruity with a high carbonation. A lot like mediocre homebrew.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg.
Hazy light golden with a white head. Grainy aroma with some citrus hops. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Heavily carbonated and thin bodied. Easily forgotten.

Pours a bit hazed blonde, small white head. Scent is green, herbal hops. Distant whiff of citrus. Mild breadyness. Taste is sharp, overcarbonated. medium light body. Unbalanced aroma's. Very mild citrus. herbal and green. Bit soapy, feels off a notch. Not great

Very thick and dense yellowish head over fully hazy orange beer. Dry, bit spicy nose, white candi sugar, continental hops, garden weeds, nettle(cheese). Certain acidity, enhanced by the carbonation; spicy canvas reflecting some continental hops, flavours of banana(peel), white bread, grains. Very light bitterness. Almost overcarbonated, if refreshing; bit gristslick, creamy texture despite all the CO². OK. Acceptable for such a commissioned beer. Thanks to Stef!

33cl bottle from Brouwerij Het Anker shop in Mechelen. F: huge, egg-white, extremely long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, peach, floral, bit citrus. T: medium malty base, peach, citrus, bit dusty, hay, long lasting bitterness, medium to high carbonation, more Saison than IPA yet not bad for the style, enjoyed.
