Sampled @ CBC 2014. Slightly unclear yellow-golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and taste are overall a bit saison-like: yeasty, citrussy, refreshing light sourness, green apple. Dry finish, medium body and carbonation. Nice beer.

Mikkeller Vik. Bottle share thanks to the Swedish drinking team. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palalte is light and crispy. Intense apple - lemon tang with a light floralness, little pear, great start. Let down by a back end that has burned hazlenuts. Dry finish. Could have been great.

Hazy yellow-tan. Honeyish floral grapefruity hop aroma that just hints at tartness and pale malt goodness. Tart but with some pedio...tons of dryhoppy grapefruit to try to cover it up. The tartness is moderate, but absorbs all the malt. Good despite its imperfections.

On tap at The Source. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong hop, citrus, and yeast. Medium mouthfeel with strong citrus hop and light tart finish. Really enjoyed this one.

Sample at The Source. Hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky citrus, yeast and spice. Medium-bodied with flavors of brett, oak, citrus and yeast. The finish is tart with a grapefruit and yeast aftertaste. Good Sour all around.

Bottle shared by Aaron at RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong dry light fruit note with some grain and light funk underlying. Flavor has more tartness but lots of dry light fruits with some grass backing.

From tap at The Monks Kettle during "United Sours of America" Hazy goiden with a white head. Fruity aroma and taste with funk, mango, lemon and some pineapple. Light notes of earth in the finish. Tasty but not the best one from this brewery.
