Draught @ Albion. Hazy bright yellow with small off-white foamy head, floral hops aroma with thyme (?) in the background, low carbonation, thin body, slightly sour taste with spicy hoppy flavor, somewhat weak finish albeit long, botter aftertaste. I have mixed feelings about this brew; on one hand the flavors were great but on the other hand the texture and the mouthfeel lacked the complexity implied.

On tap . Sourness is not clear in the smell . More light hops, some malts even . In the taste the mild sourness is def there . balanced though, together with the hoppy tones . Very well made blend between 2 taste-aspects I love but usually don’t like combined .
