Bottle. Pours clear golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is funky, dust, bugs, basement, lemon, white grape. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Not bad, but I am not getting whatever the others see here. Update: 11/23. Considerably more complex. Updated
Nice crisp oaky saison with solid Chardonnay notes in the finish. Delish apple vibes without an overbearing white wine dryness.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is oak, funk, grape skin, brett. Slick body, grape, oak, brett, light tartness, very nice.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a distinct white wine grapes note to it with lighter SARA funk and oak. Light lemon, pineapple, pepper and lemon verbena notes. Light grain notes as well. Pours a fairly clear, light, gold with a small, thick, frothy white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappear. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a bit of sweetness in the finish and a light grain note. Medium light bitterness. Light oak and oak tannins. Some lemon pepper and lemon verbena notes. Green grapes and must, pineapple, and faint apricot notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a lovely yet simple Saison. The Chardonnay Lee's and white wine oak barrels add a nice character that work well with the SARA funk.
