This Imperial Stout was brewed early this year. We let it rest in Rye Whiskey Barrels for over 12 months and conditioned on Wild Thai Banana, Maple Syrup, Cacao Nibs, and Madagascar Vanilla.

Bottle shared by Pierluigi @Luppolo Station (Rome), thank you my friend! Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma medio-leggera color cappuccino. Al naso note di cioccolato, banana, spezie, sciroppo d'acero, legno. In bocca è dolce, cioccolatosa, con lieve speziatura, sentori di legno e whisky che le donano una leggera acidità. Corpo pieno, vellutata, carbonazione soft. Birra di straordinaria intensità.

Bottle thanks to Denny. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is strong maple, dark chocolate, banana, roast, rye. Slick body, roast, banana, maple syrup, cocoa, rye, nice boozy finish, enjoyed this.

4.45, but only cause I heard it was banana forward, maybe different palates or bottles but mine was mad rye barrel forward, loved it, just expectations! But yeah, rye syrup for sure, thick barrel notes and thick body, slight banana maple finish, lovely
