From tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow golden color with off white head. Fruity aroma, citrus, tropical, herbal spicy, veggie. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium almost oily boy with soft carbonation

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-10 getrunken. Diese mit Chili und Ananas gebraute Berliner Weisse kommt trüb und hellgelb daher. Die Südfruchtaromen und die sanft mit jeden Schluck aufbauende Schärfe ist einfach toll und macht das Bier zu einer spannenden Entdeckung. Anfangs merkt man nur eine leichte Erwärmung am Gaumen – trotz der kühlen, sauren Weisse - und dann ab dem 3.Schluck ist eine deutliche aber immer noch sanfte Schärfe da. Dieses Schärfe passt verdammt gut mit den Fruchtaromen zusammen. Das Bier ist einfach sensationell gut. Ich hoffe das daraus mal ein Standard Bier wird.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, mild dusty grassy chili, lemon, hay, minerals, grass, soda powder, passionfruit, flowers, tiny hints of yuzu. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, passionfruit, mild grassy chili, hay, lemon, soda powder, fruit stones, tiny hints of yuzu. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

7 3 6 3 14Draft at Stone World Bistro and Gardens, Berlin. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity chilli, wheat and lemon. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation and chilli warmth in the finish.
