Bouteille.

Keg at Fardowner’s Crozet, VA. Pours a dark brown with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, floral, spicy hops. The taste is sweet caramel malt, bitter hops and a bit of fruitiness. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

Plum nose. Cola black, headless. Plum and currant, but very dry and not overly tart. Twig finish. Light body, fizzy, tannic. Not getting any hop flavor or aroma at all, drinks like just a belgian ale and bone dry.

Black and bitter, small creamy head, but lots of lacing. Aroma is equal part roast grains and hops, with hops taking over the taste. Bitter finish
