On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is wheat and citrus. Medium body, wheat, orange zest, light dry finish, good.

Draught at the brewery, 9/21/17.
Lightly hazy, pale, straw-golden with a small, reasonably well-retained, white head atop.
Leafy, green, even spicy hops in the nose gain a bit of yellow fruit skin and a touch of mango and grapefruit. Doesn't get resinous, thankfully and the malt adds a touch of honey-corn-vanilla character that works to gently balance the spicy, citric hops. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth I do notice just a touch of diacetyl, though it hardly bothers the beer. Folded in with the malt, it accentuates the light corn-cereal character and dampens the bitterness and leafy, green, almost woody aspect of the hops. Texture is soft, malty, well-attenuated with ample, engaging carbonation. Pretty nice stuff and I actually like that it's not bone-dry and nearly malt-free (ie. not just sparse cracker-like character). No doubt the diacetyl will pass and should leave behind a very lovely, delicate, snappy, bright beer.

From notes, 16oz can cloudy gold with an off white head. Aroma is grain, yeast, honey, and a hint of citrus. Taste is light and follows aroma with a nice mouth feel.

16 oz. can in a trade with Chalumeaux. Bright yellow, cloudy appearance with fast dying head. Aroma shows bolder citrus, honey, yeast. Yeast note is a tad odd. Flavor show some juicy texture with a soft mouthfeel. It is a " New England " style blonde ale. Hop bitterness does not exist. The yeast is slightly strange but it is drinkable.
