"I was introduced to Patrick & Alaina by mutual friends back in Baltimore where we gathered around to listen to some early recordings of their album while drinking some of my beer. When the song 'Night Vision' came on, i was instantly drawn in.
It seemed like a departure from their previous work, it was dark, minimal and driving, but then Alaina's lovely voice shined through and made it what is definitively, Tennis. This i knew had to be the inspiration for v.3 of the Sensory Series. A solid light orange body weighing in at 6.9% ABV with rays of citrusy hops and the expression of wild yeasts."

750ml bottle - lightly hazy orange - very fizzy pour, but does not produce a head, so it looks more like sparkling apple cider than beer - musky, funky aroma, with notes of pineapple, lavender, rose hips, grass, pepper - the nose is actually quite interesting and complex - full carbonation in the mouth - dry, medium to high bitterness, strongly spicy/peppery finish - light white grape - understated funkiness to it - subtle, bone dry, bitter, spicy, quite nice.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pourstranslucent gold with a large creamy whiteish head. Aroma of lemon and something like coriander. Med body or so. Flavor is rather herb and malt, with some not quite sour wild aspects. It’s earth/herb bitter. Drinks really easy, and the unidentifable flavor components are interesting. It goes quite well with Red Hawk cheese and crackers.

750 mL bottle, poured. Much thanks to my brother for sharing this bottle. Evil artwork. I love it. Pours a light, cloudy orange with a fading fizz head. Heavy belgian yeast aroma from a distance. Bitter flavor with orange peel, and belgian yeast. Good hop presence throughout. Bitter finish. Ideal belgian ale for me.love this stuff.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: pours hazy golden orange with a white overflowing head. I had to suck on the bottle while my girlfriend grabbed the glasses. Aroma is dry and spicy brett with some fruit behind it. Taste has some hops and plenty of brett. Nice aftertaste. Quite nice.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes laving spot lacing. Banana and bandaid aromas. Sweet marshmallow and banana upfront turning to aspirin and bandaid in the lasting brett finish.

Bottle from State Line shared at the July MDF tasting. Hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, brett, pale malt, grain, honey. The taste is tart citrus, tropical fruit, yeast, spice. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, high carbonation.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, herbal, floral, grass, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, herbal, floral, grass, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy yeast spiciness and herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt flavors; with a great crisp malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a light warming lingering after the finish. Overall this is a very nice hoppy Belgian pale ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of spice, toasted grain, soap, clove. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, watery turning syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Lingering soapy taste clashes with hop bitterness. Hints of citrus and floral hops.
