16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with fine carbonation bubbles rising to the surface, which tops off with a two inch foamy white head that is quite lasting and leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is fresh cracker malt, bright herbal straw and nice bread character. The taste is crisp clean cracker malt with the straw, some floral, the herbal and adds a mineral character. The palate is light to medium bodied with active natural carbonation and the crisp super dry mineral finish. My kind of Pils.

16oz can pours a clear, dark gold with some rocky white head. Smells like beer. Grains, straw, dough, grass. Flavor is sweet malt and grains, dough, lightly metallic, some oily peanut. Finishes bitter, some tannins, dry.

On tap at Alma Mader, pours a clear bright golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out soft bready malt and light herbal notes. Flavour is crisp and bitter, with lots of biting, spicy grassy hops, and a crisp crackery malt base. Crisp and biting finish. Very good.

Crispy and clean hops, nice flavorful and hop noted finish done nicely.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Clear, Bright golden pour with a small foamy white head. Malty aroma, grainy, bready. Taste adds a layer of crisp hops to the malty base. Smooth, creamy.

16oz can pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain some corn and grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain light corn and some grass.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a yellow gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong wheat, straw, dough, lemon zest. Slick body, wheat, dough, grass, nice crisp bitterness, very good.
