Bottle 375ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Menaresta Birra Madre in del Bosch Gazeuse ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, open and frothy, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, barnyard, tart, citric, apples, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration, tart, farmyard, citrus - apple, pale malt, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. big thnx to Michelle !!! Pours unclear, light amber/dark blonde. No head. Smell is intense funk, sour, but also has some notes of aceton. Taste is dry, sour, very astrigent, some funk. Very woody. Ok, but misses depth and complexity. Very low carbo.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy pinkish golden. Lovely funky aroma with raspberries. Sourish flavor, funky, with oak, some raspberries and a bitterish touch. Medium-bodied. Very nice.
