375mL bottled 2019 at Tørst, 4/29/23. Beautiful, dark raspberry (black/red mix).Small, pink head. Poopy funk mixing w raspberry. Light vanilla and oak. Raspberry leaf and stem. Minty raspberry phenolics, sulfur, oak, light malt and high attenuation. Tart, fruity and well-done but very attenuated. The funk is super interesting.

Bottle thanks to Sherrice. Pours purple with medium pink head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, beet, raspberry, earth, oak, yeast. Slick body, raspberry, earth, funk, oak, dry finish, very good.
