12 oz. can from HEB in San Antonio, TX. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a small white head and poor retention. Minimal lacing. Basic pale malt aroma. Sweet pale malt flavor with a lightly grainy finish. Very basic overall. A good any time beer. Clean and smooth. Light body. Medium-light carbonation. Not bitter.

12oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet corn grain and some husk. Taste is more of the grain and corn.

My 12 oz can was purchased at one of the large supermarkets in town not long ago. Cooled of considerably and pouring into an old-style beer glass with a handle I view a relatively shade of yellow for the body with a slender skim of completely white foam. Plenty of active carbonation too. It has your basic lager smell, no surprise. The taste, well, it is basic also. Grain, straw and water. Later I will squeeze a wedge of lime in it, that should perk things up somewhat. Just saying, the fine print on the can indicates 5% abv.

5oz pour on a flight at The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 1st February 2022. Clean and clear golden body, pretty pale; on top a fast fading white crown. Thirst quencher and mouth rinse sort of beer.
