Nice proper sour feel. With a good wild pitch of yeast. Tastes clean and tastey sour neutral. Beertemple ams

Magnum at Mostra 5th Anniversary. Pours yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong oak, funk, grape must. Medium body, funky, grape skin, oak, light dry finish, very nice.

Bottle. Hazy straw with a thin head. On the nose, the grapes are fairly pronounced, and a lot of fun when blending with the lactic acid and touch of wildness that lurks in the background. Has a nice sweetness up front, with a big muscat character. Soft acidity, touch of wood, touch of brett. Really fun - not as sharp as the usual De Garde, and this really helps the other flavours come out.
