A bright, earthy & alluring saison infused with Bluejacket-brewed cold-press coffee. This coffee employed Ethiopian Bulga (notes of red grape & strawberry) & Qorema beans (notes of lemongrass, vanilla & white fig) selected and roasted by Fourbarrel (San Francisco, CA). Brewed with Horizon, Tradition & East KEnt Goldings hops. Fermented with Brettanomyces Burxellensis (Drei).

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, funk, floral notes, light roasty coffee. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, funk, light coffee. Medium body with a dry finish. Okay but interesting coffee saison.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, deep orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has some green bell pepper, some Citra hop, orange juice, some musty white grape. Flavor has green coffee cherry, green bell pepper, some parsley, mild honey, some turbinado sugar. Full bodied, oily finish. Odd.

Draft. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of lemongrass, vanilla, coffee, earthy citrus. Medium body.

Draft - Nice coffee notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Light coffee and some fruity Belgian esters. Rich and creamy with the coffee allowing the beer to peak through. Decent.

Pours rather clear , slightly amber . Smell is coffee , taste is bitter , saison aspects have the upperhand . Coffee is only there in very hidden aspects, in contradiction to the smell . Interesting .

On draft at Bluejacket in DC. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Yesty aroma. Flavors of banana and coriander. Medium bodied. Clean finish.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear bright golden yellow color. Aroma was some light green coffee bean notes, light pepper. Light malt, some bitter notes. Light cold coffee, light sweet citrus lemon notes on the finish.

Draft at the source. Clear bright golden yellow color. Aroma of hay and white pepper. Taste is peppery and lightly funky straw. Decent.
