Cellar draught, 2/15/24. Clear, dark, thin ring of tan head. Cinna-vanilla. Not sure where the vanilla is coming from but it's lovely. Crunchy roasty, lightly spicy. Not the most bourbon we've ever seen but respectable. No booze. Cinnamon waffles with light maple and brown sugar. Definitely on the sweeter side. Malty, rich, malty...uhhh...rich...yeah, a bit too much for me but respect.

Poured at DRBT 10, black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple, vanilla, cinnamon, roast, bourbon, wood. Slick body, spice, maple, vanilla, wood, boozy, enjoyed this.
