Two is based on our original recipe for a pale ale, and this batch draws from handwritten notes from February 12th, 2013. It's the second-anniversary beer we never had! Featuring Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops, Two is a hybrid flavor profile of classic pale ale merged with new age, Tree House-style hoppy beer. We taste soft notes of orange, lemon, and pine atop with whispers of straw and doughy malts in the background. This can brings us back to simpler times. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange with large frothy white head. The aroma is tropical fruit and floral. Slick body, juicy, pineapple, papaya, melon, grass, light bitterness, very nice.

Draught at Charlton, 8/21/21.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, pale-golden with a small, well-retained, white head atop.
Seems like a good measure of Citra here, with juicy tangerine and orange notes taking front and center. Light lemon-lime on the end with a biscuit and cracker, almost rustic graininess that offers up very light honey notes at times. Clean and snappy with no alcohol or hop twang.
In the mouth it's as juicy as you're going to get for this level of attenuation (very dry). Biscuit and cracker malts are sparse but there is just enough honey-like sweetness remaining to balance while keeping the beer bone dry. Lemon-lime, tangerine and hints of mango with no alcohol or flaw. Lovely and very drinkable/quenching with loads of flavor for its size.

Pours a hazy, orange-peach color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, some grass. Flavor follows, including the grassiness. It has a bitter, hoppy finish and a soft, smooth mouthfeel.
