Art is the wine barrel-fermented and aged version of Arthur (1922-2005), Edward’s youngest brother as well as his namesake Farmstead® ale. In his honor, we selected beers aged in French oak wine barrels for between 1 and 3 years, and further matured it in the bottle beginning in February of 2019. This experimental bottling has been packaged 'Still' — without the addition of yeast and sugar, in an effort to explore the intersection and parallel universes inhabited by both beer and natural wine.

Bottle pour at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a small, bubbly white head. Lightly sweet, lovely balanced acidity, a little citrus, pale wood, nips of grass. Light to medium bodied with delicate, barely perceptible carbonation. Clean finish, lightly tart, slightly ripening juicy-tangy citrus. A delight from start to finish.

Bottle pour at HF, hazy golden with small quickly diminishing head. The aroma is strong citrus, floral, oak, grass, peach. Thin body, lemon, green apple, oak, nice funk, vinous, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.
