A little salty, a little tart, a little spicy. Sure, it's not your typical patio sipper, but this historic German style has refreshed drinkers since the 16th century. Our take stays true to form by including wheat, salt, and coriander, which contribute dry, spicy, and herbal flavors. Whole lemons give a brisk, citrusy snap, and its crisp light body and relatively low alcohol content “gose” well with summer fun (and corny puns).

On tap at House of a 1000 Beers Warrentown. Aroma is tart wheat, medium body, lower carbonation, and small-bubble lacing. Taste is light tart wheat and a little salt. Pretty pedestrian for a gose.
