Marshmallow in this goes far, I dig it a lot despite the average rating, and no lactose! (I hope).

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pink head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is sea salt, berry, marshmallow, wheat. Slick body, truffle salt, berry, marshmallow, light tartness, very good.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of dark fruit, berries, bourbon, earthy mushrooms. Pours murky purple, like blackberry fruit purée, with a small pink head. Taste is moderately to highly sour (8/10) and salty, which tames any sweetness provided by the marshmallow. This is some pretty complex stuff. The black truffle salt adds some serious depth to this crazy beer.
