"Today, everyone has access to the world’s
first single barrel bourbon.
The taste profile is sweet, with notes of
citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is
teased with caramel and butterscotch, all
underscored by familiar baking spices such
as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon"

Bottle from the brewery. Opaque black, nice viscosity, no head. Aroma is strong earthy malt, toffee, mild oak and fruit, over bourbon (more expressive as it warms). Taste is as aroma. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. I wish the bourbon was a bit more present but this has held up well for four years old. Drinks super mellow. Very enjoyable.

500 ml bottle, thank you tfontana. 2021 vintage. Aroma shows mild chocolate and easy Blanton bourbon throughout. Carbonation is low. (Almost flat) that doesn’t hurt the mouthfeel at all. Thick and viscous.

On tap at the brewery. Black with beige head. Heavily sweet, bourbon, chocolate, molasses. Some roastiness. Full bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head. The aroma is cocoa, roast, licorice, wood, bourbon. Slick body, licorice, raisin, cocoa, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
