Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 vintage club bottle. Aroma is rather tangerine forward with much lighter gin and oak notes. Hints of SARA funk and light grain and alcohol notes. Gin notes of some nice floral and herbal botanicals that compliment the tangerine nicely. Pours a hazy, full orange color with a large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light acidity and light malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol and faint oak notes. Moderately strong tangerine and a bit lighter gin notes. Nice floral and herbal botanicals. Hints of SARA funk and peppery phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid saison. The gin and tangerine works really well. Not much of the base beer, but that tangerine and gin is delicious. Very nice beer.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium off white head, good lacing. Aroma is wow; botanical gin, juniper berries, tangerine, bugs, citrus, oak. Flavor is delicately tart, lovely gin notes, nice tangerine, light funk, hugely bright. I will just say its not as awesome as recency effect, but sara beers in gin fucken rock

Bottle thanks to Heath. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong gin, juniper, tangerine, yeast, oak. Slick body, tangerine, juniper, rosemary, gin, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
