Pale blond color. It has the perfumy aroma of a white wine, chardonnay, a bit more floral and fruity, also some sweetness. Lean mouthfeel, not completely dry, it has a delicate elderflower touch, without the flaws of many dry meads, although in the middle and final there is some breadish yeast.
It could be polished from that yeast, but it’s already a very good result.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, floral, rice water notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, dry, honey, alcohol, light borring, yellow apple notes. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - thin, carbonation is flat. [20130907]

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours clear very pale yellow with no head but oily laces. Clear aroma of mature honey. Tastes of matures honey. Sweetish aftertaste. Dry mead? That’s beyond the teddy bear’s comprehension. Not any lore. For good and bad.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden mead, still and flat. The aroma is quite weak, with honey and a flowery touch. Some alcohol notes. The flavor pretty much the same, with honey and some lemon hints. Alcohol warmth. Full body, still and sweet. Mostly honey in the finish, but some flowers too. A quite pleasant one, but a tad too dry actually. 131122
