On tap at Pure Project - Carlsbad, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out a nice rustic farmhouse character, gentle melon-y dry hopping, and some graininess. Flavour is grainy, lightly buggy, and nicely hopped, with plenty of melon-like hops, rustic notes, and a dry graininess. Nice use of bugs and hops in cohesion, leaving a dry, buggy finish. Very good.

Full pour at the North Park location. Board says Cascade Hops. Clear, pale amber gold, extra frothy pour. Furry, veggy, itchy pine nose. Lush hoppines. More like citra than cascade. Grapefruit pith & lemon oil with a slight bittergreen itchiness. Dry hopped to hell, not a Saison, can't feel any Saison. Citrus acidity, sharper than expected. Sharp, fizzy, just a little boozy. Okay to good.

Bright straw colour. Medium head. Gentle brett, nice touch of acidity, floral amarillo coming through in there, touch of bitterness. Solid, elegant.

On tap at Pure Project Balboa Park. Pours yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, citrus, floral. Medium body, citrus, wheat, yeast, light finish, crushable, very good.
