Batch 3. @ Miramar. Near black. Thin head, medium brown. Soft and sweet with a trifecta of hazelnut, bourbon and sweet thick chocolatey impy. Rich, gorgeous, top notch even in the fantastic world of hazelnut impies.

On tap at Pure Project Balboa Park. Pours black with small beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong cocoa, hazelnut, roast, bourbon, oak. Slick body, hazelnut, dark chocolate, wood, vanilla, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

Bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is huge hazelnut sweet chocolate vanilla coffee bourbon barrel goodness. Taste is more of that great toasted hazelnut bourbon barrel vanilla cream notes plenty chocolate and a coffee kick.

650ml bottle. Super smooth, slightly sweetish and slick with loads of hazelnuts, biscuits, some roastiness, cocoa, chocolate and vanilla, hints of bourbon and toffee. Quite well balanced and tasty. Awesome stuff. If this had a bit more bourbon and this would be damn near perfect.
