The End of History: The name derives from the famous work of philosopher Francis Fukuyama, this is to beer what democracy is to history. Fukuyama defined history as the evolution of the political system and traced this through the ages until we got the Western Democratic paradigm. For Fukuyama this was the end point of man’s political evolution and consequently the end of history. The beer is the last high abv beer we are going to brew, the end point of our research into how far the can push the boundaries of extreme brewing, the end of beer.

Bottle split at my 20 KAY tastin, massive thanks to the Kenny, 13/09/17. Mahaognay brown with a decent enough tan cap. Nose is spice, rich malts, mustard nose tickle, soy sauce, whisky tang. Taste comprises light xoy, spice, dates, stewed fruits, wedding cake buried under the beach for a 10 year stretch, toffee. Full full bodied, fine carbonation, warming boosty nip. Solid for the age/genre!

Bottle - Boozy brown sugars, liquorice, cocoa and raisin. Clear brown with no head. Dark sugars, raisin, leather, tobacco, malty, hazelnut and a bitter finish. Very liquor like and complex. Worth drinking.

Thanks to Jeppe for donating this to our tasting group. pours cola brown with rich umami nose. tastes of mushrooms, soy sauce, beef, leather, cherry, and tobacco. really odd flavor combo but satisfying. only had a few sips but that is really all you need and the flavor just last in your mouth. pretty extreme beer.
