We teamed up with the flavor wizards at Weldwerks Brewing to design this next-wave saturated, hazy DIPA. Created by the alchemy of yeast blending and thiol stacking, we fermented with a blend of our house hazy yeast and thiol-enhancing wine yeast and boosted with Phantasm powder derived from NZ Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. An early fermentation hit of Sauvignon Blanc grape juice was followed twice by a massive all-NZ dry-hop of Pacific Sunrise, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka.

Absolutely drenched in thiols, Candy Clouds stacks heavy notes of grapefruit, Sauvignon Blanc, black currant, passionfruit, and lime zest atop a dense, soft haze.

Can thanks to Randy. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pineapple, mango, melon, dank. Slick body, dank, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, nice bitterness, very good.

Can thanks to BillyT for the hook up. It pours cloudy orange with a thick head. The aroma is bright and crazy fruity, thick and pulpy, white grape, melon, pineapple, Pina colada, juicy and bright, touch dank and green. The taste is dry and green, weedy, ripe and dank, bong rips, tropical vibes, white grape, melon, gooseberry fool, pineapple, Pina colada, waxy citrus, floury bread, spice, nip of booze with a drying, toothy finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Really interesting stuff. Good depth for the style.
