Bottle thanks to Brandon. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is banana runts, licorice, cocoa, roast, and booze. Slick body, banana, cocoa, bourbon, wood, dry finish, good.

Rum adds a really nice depth to the banana. Great flavored stout.

Poured from a 2019 vintage, 500 ml bottle. Aroma is moderately banana forward with moderate chocolate notes. Light roast, honey, caramel and cinnamon. Light bourbon and oak notes with a bit of alcohol spice. Pours black with a medium sized, thick, creamy, mocha head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium lacing and fairly long legs. Flavor is classic eclipse upfront. Lots of chocolate with lighter roast, honey and caramel. Medium light bourbon and faint oak notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol spice. Moderate cinnamon notes and a bit lighter banana. Mouthfeel is full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer. I'm not a huge fan of either adjunct, but they are well balanced and a bit secondary to the base beer. The cinnamon adds a bit of bitterness, but nothing too bad.
