On tap at Side Project Cellar. Black and oily with almost no head. Intensive chocolate, vanilla, some apple brandy in the back. Oily and thick. Full bodied.

Cellar draught, 9/29/23. Dark, probably unclear, no head. Smells like mallow...how? Ester, alcohol? It's soft but smells exactly like marshmallow. Tastes like it too. Choco-vanilla-graham cracker. Warming bourbon spice, plentiful marshmallow. Drying malt on the finish with some light roast and mild vanilla. Cool beer, weird mallow. Great texture.

On tap at the Side Project Cellar. Pours black with no head. The aroma is strong vanilla, licorice, brandy. Slick body, dark chocolate, vanilla, licorice, nice sweetness from apple brandy, enjoyed this.
